Return Policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 3 days of your purchase, if 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Our products are designed and handcrafted keeping you in mind and it’s important to us that you have a great product experience.
Every product goes through a detailed quality check before being shipped and we encourage our clients to go through all product specifications online and clarify any doubts they may have before placing an order.
There, however, could be some instances where the product has slipped through the check and there are workmanship flaws. In such cases, we offer a free replacement but no cash refunds. Please drop us an email at refund@theamazingbags.com with a reference of your order number and an image of the faulty product, so we could check at our end and do the needful. We would ship out your replacement within 3 working days of receiving the email.
This is applicable only for products purchased through our online store. If you have purchased the product from any other ecommerce platform or physical store, the returns policy for those products are subject to the terms and conditions of the store from which it was purchased.

Exchanges
At AmazingBags, we do not hold inventories and we only start making a product once we get your order. This is our little effort to minimize wastage of resources and we thank you for supporting that.
